Terms & Conditions of Sale

1. About Us

White Bunny Creations © is a business based in England, United Kingdom. We sell digital products, print on demand products, handmade products, physical subscription boxes, and app subscriptions.

2. Definitions

• “We”, “Us”, “Our” means White Bunny Creations ©
• “You”, “Customer” means the person placing an order with us
• “Products” means digital downloads, physical goods, or subscription services offered by us
• “Platform” means any marketplace we sell on including Etsy, Amazon KDP, Gumroad, Payhip, or our own website
• “Digital Products” means ebooks, printables, colouring pages, app subscriptions, or any downloadable files

3. Placing an Order

1. Browse our products and add desired items to your basket or follow the relevant platform’s checkout process.
2. Provide accurate billing and (where applicable) delivery information.
3. Review your order and pricing before confirming.
4. Make payment via our secure payment processor (Stripe, or platform payment system).
5. You will receive an order confirmation by email. This constitutes our acceptance of your order.

We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion, in which case we will issue a full refund.

4. Pricing

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; however, the price charged will be the price displayed at the time of your order confirmation.

5. Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept credit/debit cards via Stripe, and platform payment methods. All transactions are processed securely using industry-standard encryption. We do not store your full payment card details.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, images, text, and digital files created and sold by White Bunny Creations © are protected by copyright and intellectual property law. Unless expressly stated otherwise:

• You are purchasing a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product for your own personal or commercial use (see specific licence terms per product category below).
• You may NOT resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of any of our digital products.
• You may NOT share, gift, or pass on digital downloads to others unless a licence specifically permits this.
• Printing for personal use is permitted. Reselling printed copies requires a commercial licence.

7. Delivery

Digital products: Available immediately after payment confirmation via download link or email. You are responsible for downloading and saving the file. We cannot be held responsible for files that are not downloaded within the access period.

Physical products (POD): Dispatched by our supplier (e.g. Printify) within 2–7 business days. Delivery timescales vary by location and carrier. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

Subscription boxes: Dispatched on the first day of each month. Cut-off for new subscribers is the 20^th of each month. Delivery is typically 2–5 business days within the UK.

8. Consumer Rights — Your Statutory Rights

As a consumer in the UK, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. For digital products, these rights apply provided you have not already downloaded or accessed the product:

• Digital products must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.
• Physical products must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.

Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms and conditions.

9. Cancellations & Refunds

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from your use of our products.
• Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant product.
• We are not responsible for losses caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
• We do not accept liability for delays caused by third-party platforms (Etsy, Amazon, Printify, Royal Mail, etc).

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any matter where it would be unlawful to do so.

11. Complaints

If you are not satisfied with any product or service, please contact us in the first instance at contact@whitebunnycreations.co.uk . We will endeavour to resolve any complaint within 14 working days. Should you not satisfied with our resolution, you may refer the matter to an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) scheme or seek legal advice.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version that will be applicable to your order will be the version published at the time of your purchase. Continued use of our services following any change constitutes your acceptance.
